Bahar Camozu
Yoga teacher

I discovered Ashtanga Yoga in 2022 during a time of personal transition. What began as an exploration quickly turned into a daily anchor. The structure of the Ashtanga practice — repeating the same sequence, returning to the breath, facing the same challenges day after day — offered me something I hadn’t found elsewhere: a sense of inner stability, focus, and quiet strength.

Practicing regularly helped me reconnect with my body, calm my nervous system, and build resilience both physically and mentally. It taught me discipline without force, softness in effort, and how to meet myself exactly where I was — one breath at a time.

Stefanie Kennes
Yoga teacher

Yoga has been a passion of mine since 2015, and it has transformed both my personal and professional life.I initially started practicing yoga to manage my own physical discomfort, and it helped me tremendously.Inspired by this, I completed my yoga teacher training four years ago.

I have been teaching yoga ever since, offering group classes for adults, private yoga sessions and I co-founded ‘Yogasté’, a yoga project for youngsters in Molenbeek. My background is in Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic practice that synchronizes breath with movement, helping to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus.
