Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow

Bahar discovered Ashtanga yoga during a time of personal transition. What began as an exploration quickly turned into a daily anchor. Repeating sequences, returning to breath, facing challenges day after day… All this made for a sense of inner stability, focus, and quiet strength.

As a teacher she introduces yoga to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system and build resilience, both physically and mentally. Bahar is specialized in Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and has additional certification in prenatal yoga.

Bahar teaches group and 1-on-1 classes in English, French and Turkish.

Vinyasa Flow

Stefanie started practicing yoga in 2015 to manage physical discomfort. Inspired by the tremendous results, she became a certified yoga trainer (Green Yoga International). She has been teaching yoga ever since for all levels, offering both group classes for adults and private sessions.

Her specialization is Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic practice that synchronizes breath with movement, helping to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus. For Stefanie, Yoga is not about perfection but about connection, with yourself, your breath, and the present moment.

Stefanie is available for group and personal training in Dutch and English.

Qi Flow Forms, Empire Strikes

Marthe has a passion for street workout, functional training and calisthenics. In her sessions, she combines functional movement with the precision of martial arts, creating dynamic workouts that challenge both body and mind.

After completing an intensive program at the Koom Martial Arts Retreat, she obtained certifications in Qi Gong, Tai Chi and the fundamentals of Shaolin. Furthermore, she has a deep love for Muay Thai, which continues to inspire her practice. Thanks to this rich and diverse background, Marthe offers an approach that not only builds physical strength, but also fosters mental balance and overall well-being.

Marthe teaches in Dutch, English and French, and is available for both group sessions and personal training.

ROBIN
VAN VRECKEM

Functional Strength, Hi Intensity Interval Training

Robin is the heart and soul of Reps Club. He created the studio with a clear vision: to create a space for healthy, efficient training in a positive and supportive context.

With over 10 years of experience as strength coach, Robin brings a wealth of expertise to the table. He was trained at the renowned National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a certified EREPS personal trainer (level 4). In addition, he has a degree in Sports Psychology, giving him a unique insight into the mental aspects of performance and well-being.

Robin has achieved results with all types of people, from beginners to professional athletes and people with specific physical complaints. His focus: making you feel better physically and improving your performance, while providing a caring environment in which you are challenged and truly understand the importance of fitness.

Robin is available for group and personal training in Dutch, English and French.
